Can't wait for spring...
I just ordered 18 books off of Amazon(dot)com. They all pertain to landscaping, container gardening and regular gardening. Some of the books are the exact ones that I seen in Orchard Supply yesterday for $19.99.
I purchased them all from the same seller and I got them for .01 - $1.25 + $3.99 shipping and handling for each book. I seriously don't know how this seller makes any money! Well, he might from me, since the shipping & handling was almost $80. :)
I've already started planting flower seeds in pots to put on my porch. I love it when wrap around porches are decorated with flower pots!
I can't wait to landscape my HUGE yard. I have ideas, but know I need to do the research in order to buy the right plants for the right area.
These photos are all from HGTV(dot)com. Those back yards are amazing!!

I'd love to have something like this in my back yard!

Yikes! $80 for shipping...
ReplyDeleteVery nice!! I want a huge front porch!! Have fun with your landscaping!
Yeah, but only $7.89 for 18 books... which makes up for the shipping. It comes out to less then $5.00 a book if you add everything together, and that's a deal. :)
ReplyDeleteI just scored at Kmart... bought 10 clay pots for $4.99 apiece and they are usually $19.99! My porch is going to be preeeety.
Ohhh. All of those are so wonderful! I know yours will be twice as amazing. Just remember to stagger your plants! The layers help to make things look more full. When Im planning my garden I like to use the BHG Garden planner- its free and really helpful. check it out...
